General Terms & Conditions

  • Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult

  • We warmly welcome children with a minimum height of 150cm on our tours.

  • Passengers must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure to secure their seat.

​​

  • Late arrivals who miss their departure time may be accommodated on the next sailing if there is availability. No refund is offered.

  • By providing your contact details you are agreeable to Goat Boat Tours contacting you with updates and or special offers.

​​

  • Passengers must follow the instructions from the crew at all times.

​​

  • Intoxicated passengers will not be permitted to board the vessel.

​​

  • At times weather conditions will be windy or rainy but conditions will be safe for sailing, if passengers decide not to board the vessel, they will not be offered a refund but may reschedule their booking.

  • Published sailing times are subject to change.

​​

  • For your safety and the safety of other passengers and crew, every boat tour is video recorded.

​​

  • From time to time we take photographs before, during and after our tours. These photographs are at times used on our website and social media channels. By booking and undertaking a tour with Goat Boat Tours you are agreeable for images of you or similar to you being used by Goat Boat Tours for the sole purpose of promoting Goat Boat Tours.

Refund Policy

​

  • Passengers who need to cancel must do so up to 48hrs from departure. We will endeavour to reschedule your trip or offer you a gift card. If this does not suit you, we are more than happy to offer a refund.

  • Passengers who cancel within 48 hrs of departure will be offered a rescheduled trip or gift card. Refunds are not offered.

  • The company may have to cancel a sailing due to poor weather conditions. If this is the case you will be notified and you can reschedule your booking or avail of a full refund. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as a sailing is cancelled provided we have your contact details.

  • Once payment has been received, all bookings are bound by our Terms and Conditions. As the person making the booking you agree to ensure all participants included within this booking are aware, understand and comply with these conditions.

 

We recommend contacting our team directly to process any cancellations and discuss the available options. Please note that refunds may take some time to process depending on the payment method used.
